GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 6:30 – 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 – 6:00 p.m.

2. We will observe the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We may be closed on Friday after Thanksgiving depending on need.

3. If your child will not be attending because of sickness, vacation or a day off, please call your Director as soon as you can and let them know.

4. When one of your designates is going to pick up your child, please call and let us know. They will be required to present their driver’s license or other suitable identification.

5. If you should have any problems, concerns, complaints or suggestions, please discuss them freely with the Director or call the office.

FINANCIAL POLICIES

1. Fees are due on the 1^st day of class each month.  If the fees for that month have not been paid in full by the 5^th day of class you will not be able to leave the child.  If the fees are not paid in full by the 10^th day of class we will assume you are not returning and your child will be dropped from our roles.  (Should you decide to return after that, the application process must be renewed.)

2. Costs:

   1. Weekly Rates:  First Child in program $75 / week; Second Child in program $70 / week; Third Child in program $65 / week. 

   2. Daily Rates:  First Child in program $18 / day; $15 / day; and $12 / day for the third child. 

   3. Hourly Rates: All Children $4 / hour.  (2 hour minimum per day)

3. A late “pick-up” charge will be assessed when a child is left beyond the 6:00 p.m. closing time. The fee will be $1.00/minute/child for each minute beyond closing time. This fee is required to be paid immediately. Payment of late fees must be made before service will be resumed. Continual late pick-ups may require denial of service.

4. A returned check will be assessed a charge of $20.00.  A second returned check in any six month period will necessitate payment in cash from then on.
