Roger was called to Pastoral Ministry late in life.  He grew up in California and moved to Louisiana to attend Northwestern State University where he received his Bachelors in Broadcast Journalism.  Some years later, after 4 years in the United States Air Force, he completed the course work for his Masters of Communication.  While in Portland, OR in 2004, Roger received the call to pastoral ministry and began working on his Masters of Divinity at Western Seminary.  Before coming to Miracle Hills he was Director of Men's Ministry at Westside Baptist Church in Omaha, where he was also ordained.  God has bless Roger with the love of his life, Jodie and their best friend, Katie (a chocolate lab).
